Hey.

Right, I've been out of the loop for over 6 months now. My budget is £150-200. But if needs be I can possibly goto £220. I'd also like to stick with Nvidia.

My Spec:

Q6600
Asus P5K-E
8600GT
22" @ 1680x1050
600W PSU

Ideally when i first opened the site I was looking for a 8800GTX but i can't seem to find them anywhere? have they been discontinued? If a 8800GTX isn't possible what's the 9800GTX like? Would it be worth paying an another £40-£50 over the 9800GTX to possibly the GTX 260?

I know people say this a lot, but i'm sort of looking at this being future proof. I've had my 8600GT since it was released and it's been a good card.. but with it overheating and just generally running out of steam i feel the need for an upgrade.

Any help would be great, Thanks.

Well i've found a 260 192 for £199 and a 260 216 for £215 (isn't including delivery)

Now i'm just working out if i should just stick with the 192 or pay the extra £15 for the 216..

I've got pretty much the same rig as you, I'm upgrading to a 260-216 Black Edition (currently the fastest pre clocked card as far as I'm aware) and available for £225 :D
