Which card.

Im unsure on which 4870 to get in my new build;

They're all around the same price, which is fine, but which one is the better 'spec' for mainly playing games (WoW, CoD4/5, CoH etc)
At first i was drawn to the XFX xXx, due to the fast speeds, but then the Sapphire has faster speeds but 512mb less, but i'm unsure if that makes a massive difference to fps/loading.

i am currently looking at getting a 4870 us well i am waiting for 1 gig version of the sapphire toxic us this card runs cooler than the other two. hopefully overclockers will stock soon.

Would get the normal xfx 4870 1gb which is the last one that you listed. It shoud easily overclock to the speeds of the xxx version plus newer games will make use of the 1gb.

If you can afford the 1GB one then go for the cheapest one you can find. If not, the 512MB is more than capable at your resolution.
