Which card?

Hi All

Will pulling the trigger on a GTX 780 today but im so out of the loop need some help. Talking about the rig in my sig and to replace the 6970.

Now i like the

or

the £30 make no difference but i dont want to go a penny over £230. I wont be OC any card im looking for the one with less noise reviews just say their both super quite. Also my case lets the card exhaust from the top so blower whould be better for temp or will the asus still be better at cooling the card but assume it will raise case temps and it does not exhaust if that make sence?

The Asus is the better card but I cant recommend them because of their poor customer service, rma etc.

thanks i assume the assus would be better , and KFA2 goes through ocuk i belive which is a huge plus hmmm you just made it harder

Asus warranty also goes through OCUK if bought from them

I assumed only the 1st 12 months of the 3 years warranty for the asus is with ocuk and the ka has 2 years but ocuk handle
the possible rma for 2 years?

According to the warranty thread, they handle the full 3 years, OCUK will chase Asus if they take longer than 28 days to get your replacement.

Ah nice one very helpfull but now that make me ponder even more, what puts me off the asus is the heat remains in the case where the ka exhausts, I guess the asus should be quiter of the two?

I would say for sure the Asus would be the quieter and cooler. As you say your case exhausts the card from the top so wont be much of a problem.

The ASUS is super cool and quiet, but if you're going SLI I would still recommend the reference card.

As ocuk help if there a problem the asus will match the rampage i guess
