which iphone?
The whole concept of cases and screen protectors is completely unfathomable to me.
Why would one buy a piece of technology that has had it's ergonomics researched and developed so it's both beautiful to behold and satisfying to handle, and then ruin it by encasing it in some cheap £10 piece of plastic?
It seems to me to be like going to Saville Row, buying a stunning 3 piece business suit and then wearing a binliner over the top of it to stop it getting dirty/damaged.
Let your iPhone breathe.
Don't bother with a screen protector.
I kept my V1 iPhone in my pocket with my keys and change since it was first released and not a single scratch has appeared on the screen.
Exactly how I feel, hence why I use 'shields'. At least I know that when I drop a spanner (have done loads) on my pmp/phone, it's screen isn't going to be scratched. I just hate cases full stop. The whole concept of cases and screen protectors is completely unfathomable to me.

Don't suppose you know what the Best Skins back cover is like for the 3G? I got the Invisible Shield this morning and the front cover took 2 minutes to fit, but the back cover is a massive piece of NO SWEARING. It tries to cover the sides so installing it properly (in alignment with the buttons and no bulging) is a nightmare.Invisible shield or Best Skins is all I use on my mobile/mp3 players. Faultless and you don't end up sacrificing your devices initial size for some bloated case.
Not got an iphone yet so I've not ordered a shield just yet. I know what you mean though, the thought of doing the rear with one fills me with dread. It was a bit of a headache getting the rear onto my ipod touch due to its curves.Don't suppose you know what the Best Skins back cover is like for the 3G? Yeah, the front is solid. No probs at all - took less than five minutes to get it on and to get all of the water/bubbles out.I was just about to order the Invisible Shield but im not so sure now. Are you happy with the front ?
