Going to be upgrading to SB i5-2500k in the next few weeks and looking for a case with good cooling, being quiet would be nice too. Any recommendations? Willing to spend ~£150

The CM HAF X caught my eye, anyone use these?

Also, is a 750W PSU enough for SLI 470's? Thinking of trying out SLI if I can find a 470 for cheap! Cheers :D

A 750w will be plenty power for 2 470's , not sure about the case though, i'm using an nzxt m59 at the moment, and the fans make no noise whatsoever, however it's only a mid tower.

lol (again, srry) I have haf x totally happy with it . There are plenty of reviews about it in youtube, all saying nice things. With this case you cant go wrong, especially using SLI- setup. And when really ¤drunk¤ I consider haf x good looking case :D

Also:

Thermaltake Level 10 GT should be great also - too expensive? (looks better ´in nature´- my friend just bought one- very functional)

Bitfenix Colossus Blue LED

NZXT Phantom Black/Red/white

Antec 1200 V3 with usb 3.0

Silverstone RV02

Also people who has Lian Li- cases, what would be the best Lian Li for given budjet? At least Lian Li-owners seems to be very happy people :)

One very happy Silverstone RV03 owner here. For cooling and cable management, I don't think you can do better. Quiet it does easily, if you want silence you'll need a fan controller for the 2 large (bottom) fans. Looks nicer in the flesh than in pictures but it's looks are still definite love or hate.

..and if interested in Silverstone RV03 then should also consider the Silverstone Fortress FT02. It is true, Silverstone has invented something new with great results.

Hehehe I giggled the same ^^
The HAF X is probabaly one of the most widely reviewed cases around.
Im using the NZXT Phantom because I love the design - it was a toss up between the Phantom and the HAFX - Both are great cooling wise, cable management and looks.
Enjoy making the chioce :) It means a lot to get a case that you like the look of

I have both the Silverstone Raven 2 and the NZXT Phantom and they are both very good cases - very little to choose between both of them though the Raven has the edge on cpu/graphics cooling. Here is my thoughts on both:

Silverstone Raven 2
Very sleek and elegant case that does look great until you start adding opticals and what not in the 5.25" drive bays - then it can lose it's luster quite quickly.
Performance is top notch with the unique motherboard orientation it will keep all your components comfortable and effortlessly cool even in this heat.
Plenty of room to work and great cable management.
Runs quiet or near silent depending on your choice of fan speeds.
Limited 3.5" hard drive bays (3) and limited access to them and the 5.25" bays once everything is installed.

Would personally seek out the Raven 2 Evolution which has redesigned and better (more) drive bays + the air penetrator fans making it the almost perfect performance case with the exception of usb3.0 ports

NZXT Phantom:
Build quality really surprised me on this one - it may have plastic but everything feels and looks like a solid quality case inside and out.
Lots of rubber mounts to stop vibration in both the drive bays and the psu area.
Cable management is superb and very well thought out.
Again depending on what mode you want to run - it can be made pretty much silent without giving up too much performance.

Only drawbacks I can find with the Phantom are that I would go for the white chassis as finger prints etc. really show up on the black case. Not great if you are like me and like to utilise the top of the case - why they didn't just make parts of it flat and give up a bit of design flair is kind of stupid.

As I say if you can seek out the Silverstone Raven 2 Evolution and don't plan to spoil the look of it by filling up the 5.25" front bays it would just shade it for me over a white NZXT Phantom.:D

I say the HAF X is medium loud, but if you have a fan controller or another means of slowing the large case fans down it then goes to silent and as the steel is so thick anything inside is isolated pretty well.

Yep, the HAF X is highly reccomended for air cooling, a 750w should be fine for sli'd 470's, im running two on an 850w corsair on an i7 920, an sb setup will consume a bit less than an oc'd 920. My power draw, (system total) in game is 630w ono, cpu @4.2ghz, gpu's @750/1500/1674., furmark draws 740w, prime 95, 430w, prime and furmark at the same time, 860w and climbing, stopped that pretty quickly. Not something i care to repeat.:D

i have a CM 912 PLUS never had temps higher than 43 when running games like bfbc2(xfire) or apps like sketchbook pro and photoshop.
Big 200mm intake at the front 2 x 120 extractors at the top 1 x 120 extractor back and 1 x 120 intake on the side, cpu cooler AKASA VENOM.

Looks like I'll be getting the HAF-X atm, but what do you guys think of the Silverstone RV02-EW - bit cheaper and about as good if not better than a HAF-X?
