hey im thinking of buying a new case for my rig i dont use any usb 3 devices

would zalman z11 four front usb 2.0 be better than plus 2X2.0 and 2. 3.0 the zaliman z11 normal is cheaper

USB3.0 is backward compatible with 2.0, so it does`nt really matter.

if you aren't gonna be upgrading it for a while, just get the USB 3.0. It works with USB 2.0 devices. You may not have any USB 3.0 devices NOW, but you never know what you may get in the future. USB 3 flash drives are cheap now, so you could think about getting one sometime to make use of the faster speeds.
