Two very different cases you are looking at. The Silverstone will be far better quality. My Corsair 650D was a massive disappointment for the price of them, in terms of quality of fit and finish. I also missed the removable motherboard tray that I had on my eclipse. I suppose there is a lot of room to work in on the Corsair, but the removable tray just makes it that bit easier.
The fans on the Corsair are awful. 200mm is a gimmick in my opinion, some decent 120mm fans do a far better job of cooling and are quieter. The ones that come with the Corsair are particularly bad and most people replace them straight away, which you shouldn't have to do for the price they are asking for this case. The front grill also needs cutting as its too close to the fan and makes noise.
There is space behind the mobo tray to hide wires but it is not enough. If you don't have a modular PSU its like trying to close an over packed suit case when putting the side panel back on.
On the plus side it does look pretty good and performs well now I have sorted the fans out. The tool free hdd bays are great and the little rubber grommets seem to be doing a good job of dampening the hdd vibrations. The seek noise is very quiet and I don't notice it at all with the case right next to me on the desk.
