Don't know which case would have better sound proofing, but l would go for the NZXT Phantom thats my next case + silence kit, just love the design.
 
The Phantom is full of holes so rubish as a 'quiet' case.

Good sound insulation depends upon the following general principles
heaviness (high mass is good)
flexibility (avoid resonance of panels, adsorb sound energy)
completeness (air tightness, only as good as weakest link)
isolation. (separation of parts)

Completeness is almost impossable in PC's - Zalmans TNN heatpipe cases are the exception
So removeing all direct sound paths are the next best approach (use of doors. hoods baffels etc.)

That said, it's the hardware that makes the noise, not the case.
silent pc review (SPCR) have a list of recomended quiet cases, well worth a look
