anyone got any suggestions on which case i should go for out of the

Corsair Obsidian 800D
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-020-CS&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=1489
or the

Coolermaster ATCS 840
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-159-CM&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=29

i currently have:

q6600 @ 3.44ghz
abit ip35 pro xe
4gb corsair dominator 1066mhz
2x wd caviar black 1tb raid 0 (storage)
2x ocz vertex 30gb ssd
gtx 275
antec 900 case
corsair hx1000w

all this currently fits fine into my antec 900 but i am looking to water cool sometime early next year and need some room for 2 more hard drives. also looking at changing to i7 1366 setup and possibly another gtx 275

the difference in price between them isn't a problem but i cannot seem to make up my mind which case will better suit me.....

i want a quiet, good looking case with a good build quality thats got plenty of room inside, not to much to ask!;)

anyone got any advice for me please ? ? ?

800D:

"Another thing about the base is that the PSU only has one orientation: the fan pointed downwards. This means it can't be stacked on its side so a large radiator cannot be squeezed down here. Again, Silverstone is safe in that it's no water-cooling competition to the TJ07, or even a few of the larger Lian Lis, and without removing the middle bar it's not tall enough to accommodate the mod either"

For home/gaming PC use 800D doesn't really have anything which would justify that high price. Also those compartments just make working with components harder.

2x wd caviar black 1tb raid 0 (storage)
I see you have nothing important to store...

thanks for the replys,

seems the 800d is popular...

C64 that build looks amazing. Also thanks setter for pointing that link out, that is a similar kinda thing to what i want!

guess im now looking beetween the tj07 and the 800d

EsaT what do you mean when you say

I see you have nothing important to store...

something i should know about these drives???

arn't tjo7s a little hard to get hold of these days? they-re both around the same price point of view tho arn't they. its a tough decision between those two case i gotta admit, I know the 800D has masses of space inside it and is well suited for water cooling!

800 D takes my vote :D

EsaT has a very good point regarding storage, if you stick 2 1 TB drives in raid0, yes it'll be snappy, but if you fill the array with lots of data, when things go wrong you could end up loosing a lot of stuff, raid0 can be nice performance wise, but if the array fails its a disaster unless you make regular backups.
