Ive been out of pc gaming for a while but just bought black ops,are there any particular drivers that i should download ?

I know theres been a lot of issues with high load times on some games and high idle temps with different drivers,are there any drivers out at the mo that has neither of these issues ?

currently running a 4890 btw
 
Usually the latest ones are fine ..... if some games might have issues you can downgrade by uninstallling, driver sweep and then running the setup.
