Which clay bar

I have used the meguiars clay bar a few times in the past and its done a good job but im just wondering if there are better ones out there?
Which make do people recommend... the sonus green detailing clay keeps popping up allot at the moment

Used to use meg's but now use Sonus green,is a much softer clay and less harsh so is more gentle. Have the Sonus grey (similar to meg's) to do the lower areas and wheels as it's a harsher clay.
 
Any links on what these clay bars are and how to use them, seen loads of people mention them but ain't got a clue what exactly they do.
 
Get the Meguiars clay bar, its the cheapest and does the same job that other more expensive bars do.

I have a link but they are classed as a competitor. Its pretty straight foward....rub the bar over wet bodywork until all the impurities come off the applied area.
