Which Combination?

I want to upgrade my system come Jan and have been looking at the overclocked bundles. My question is, which bundle would be better for a pure gaming machine. My current machine runs a Q9550 which I have hardly overclocked much, its currently sitting at 3.2Ghz over 2.8Ghz Stock. I have 4GB of Corsair DDR2800 and an Abit (yep they went bust) IP35 Pro. My budget would probably be around the 340-360 range

Any suggestions on how to improve the setup...and any recommendations on cooler. I am going to buying a new case..probably a Fractal R3

For arguements sake.....say I wanted to buy the best air-based cooler possible for my Q9550...with a budget of say.,..120....would that still be the evo?...im running a freezer 7 pro right now

My ram isnt a problem..it really doesnt have that much in the way of stupid fins

...and the R3 Fractal has a huge amount of space from what I can tell.
