which coolant is better??

so if i put distilled water and fulled my loop with that,
then get some silver wire and put it in the res to stop algea growing?
will that stop any corrosion or growth of life :confused:

I have copper and brass in my system so hopefully it should be fine with just distilled deionised water

Any coolant with harsh chemicals (glycol based) with crack the res and void your warranty.

No, just use de-ionised water, or distilled water if you can get it, you don't need to mix them...

Remember though, that you need to use Biocide like PT Nuke or a silver kill coil to prevent algae growth.

+1 distilled water and a biocide additive, will last for years

which pk nuke is better though,
there is a blue ish one that says use 1 drop per ltr and a clear
one that says use more drops per ltr...whats the difference?
