The bar graph in your link is linear. dBA tranlated to loudness is not linear. Sound listening level (dBA) is logarithmic. It doubles how loud it sound to us every 10 dBA
10dBA is normal breathing
20dBA is a whisper
30dBA is a bedroom
40dBA is quiet library volume.
50dBA is average home or gentle rain volume.
60dBA is normal conversation
70dBA is you hoover.
80dBA is busy city street
90dBA is petrol lawn mower, weed eater
100dBA is a rock music concert
