The AC Freezer 7 Pro isn't a quiet solution though. It is a great cooler, but recently they seem to be quite noisy.

I agree 100%, but he's not got £35 for a Noctua, so he's unlikely to want to spend £35 for the cooler and a further sum on a fan (although he may already have a fan).
