I am about to build this system but have just noticed that the CPU does not come with a cooler. In the review section for the Abit IP35-E it says:

However does not allow the artic freezer 7 to fit in the way it is supposed to; It fits, but facing a weird angle which is not ideal when temperatures are important.

So what is the best cooler to get?

Have I chosen the correct model of the q6600?

Thanks

Edit: Martin, you could go for the retail q6600 instead of the OEM, it is 14quid more but a cooler is included (perfectly adequate as you don’t plan to overclock) and you also get 5 year warranty :)

I have just noticed that the IP35 has 6 sata connectors, where as the IP35-E only has 4 so I will go with the IP35 and use the Freezer 7. Thanks for your help.
