Which cooler should i go for?

Hi,

All advise would be greatly appreciated.

I have an I7 920 with a stock cooler. I am thinking of doing some o/c but i am unsure what cpu cooler to go for, i have 2 in mind but would like some advise please? I also do a lot of gaming and realtemp is showing high 70's which slightly concerns me... I have a budget of £40 - £50 and thats it!

The 2 I have in mind are 'ThermoLab Baram CPU Cooler' & 'Zalman CNPS10X Flex' but i can't decide, or are there better ones for this price?
