Which cooler?

I'm debating whether I should Install a Corsair H100 or a Thermalright Silverarrow SBE Extreme on my i5 3570k with a mild overclock

Which one should I go for as I have both coolers?

Silver Arrow. Quieter and less change of problems. No potential for problems from pump, hoses, water leaks, etc. Air is simply simpler.

And as a bonus the SA SB-E Extreme at same noise level (+1dBA) is 7c cooler.. and 1c warmer at 1/4th the noise (18dBA.. 20dBA sounds four times as loud to us).
