Which course should I do?

Any IT professionals out there?

I've somehow fallen into an IT Managers roll. I say recently, I've been doing it since about August of last year. I've been working in IT for about 6/7 years so it's not been that much of a shock to the system but now it's course time.

I did the Comptia A+ stuff years ago just to bulk up my CV a bit but now they're willing to pay for more courses so I need to pick one which I think will be the most beneficial.

I'm leaning towards the Comptia N+ course and then maybe do some Microsoft ones. I was tempted to get a Cisco certificate but we don't have much Cisco stuff beyond a few switches and I can get by on PuTTY well enough.

What would you guys do in my situation?

I say manager, I am just now the sole person responsible for IT in the company (smallest place I've worked. About 70 or so people)

Mostly Microsoft products. I do think the Microsoft course would look better but I figured I should wait until the new version of Windows Server was released.
