Which CPU cooler for core i7 c0

I have had a artic cooler freezer 7 pro for about a year and its not that good when i OC my core i7. My core i7 runs hot and needs a lot voltage to OC well. Im looking for a Decent cooler for about 35 pounds. Their are so many in that bracket. Which one is considered the best?

go for the venom, really goood!. i have it on my i5 760 clocked to 4ghz my temps are 30'c idle and 60'c fully loaded!
+1 for venom!

Love this review of the Frio though, makes me wanna go out and get this asap!

Hi I have receive this great cooler on next day delivery thanks to OCuk, the box look nice but after opening you can see the TT FRIO, it’s just make you smile. The great look and futures are not only a big plus, it’s the power of 220 watts of cooling power, with keep my q6600 below 18°C (one fan ~1400 rpm), and below 15°C (one fan ~2600 rpm). Optional you can mount another fan but at this temperature you just don’t need second one. It’s just amazing, really great not only in look !!!!

i quite liked this bit of another review

Simple to fit. The duel fans work a treat.. although you may find fitting the rubbers for the second fan a bit of a struggle.

My cpu is terrible. It doesnt seem to OC well. I need 1.4 or more for 3.8 lol. The frio looks fantastic i may just get it.
