right i have found all these cpu coolers for all within £2 of each other and i want to know which one is better.

OCZ OCZTVANQ

Akasa AK 876

Cooler Master Hyper TX 2

Cooler Master Vortex 752

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 LP Dual Cooling

i have a stock cooler for my 4200x2 and i am thinkng of overclocking it because i am getting a 8800gt. i will be buying a phenom processor when they drop in price and the eretta problem is solved with the refresh coming in q1 2008. are any of these coolers ok for a phenom processor (probiably the 9550 or 9650 when they come, or are fudzilla talking fud again? :) )

anyway shall i bother overclocking at all, i play at 1650 x 1050 and i have a asrock alivesata2 glan mobo.

thanks

is the syth samuri better to go for? reding a review it seems to have a very reasonable noise level and temps seemed ok on a 3000+ @ 2.4ghz 1.6v which is 117 watts.

How much are you gonna be overclocking by with that chip? And what board do you have?

I had the Freezer Pro when I had my AMD and it was brilliant. :)

was thinking of getting around 2.8ghz, so about 600mhz overclock, motherboardboard is a Asrock ALiveSATA2-GLAN. don't realy want to spend that much on a cooler, probiably about £15 max or maybe £20. i don't really want a heavy cooler as the mobo is up on its side on the case so i don't want it to be weighed down far to much, or can mobo's take the weight?

and i heard that asrock mobos don't overclock so well.. so probiably no need for a high end cooler.

thanks

It's only £14.09. The mothjerboard will take it no probs.
