Which CPU cooler is better?

I need help buying a new CPU cooler for my ITX build with i7 6700K cpu (not overclocked). So far I'm torn between:
Noctua NH-L9i

Cryorig Micocr-C7 CPU.

Noctua is the better cooler. However they both are limited to what chip you intend to cool. Any Overclocking is definitely out.

I got the Cryorig C7 and it keeps i7 4790 at about 70C in a Node 202 case.

What case do you have, an AIO might be the better solution.

Between the two I would pick the Cryorig due to the better heatsink.

you could also consider this one, I have on an E3 1231 V3 in a small SG05 case, never exceeds 65c.

Ive used the Noctua and its pretty decent. I am sure you will be able to clock it a little ... haha I clocked my 4670k on one upto 4.4ghz in a coolermaster 120 case.
