Which CPU cooler? Will be overclocking!

Well, I will be getting a cpu, either an opteron 144-146 or a amd x2 3800+

I will be overclocking quite a lot. So which cooler for them should i get. It needs to be quiet and has got to be a good cooler

will the thermaltake give me a lot better cooling and would it increase my overclock of an 3800+ x2? also, when overclocking. which fan would stay quiet?

so how much a better overclock about would the typhoon give me over the freezer pro and would they both go up in noise?

would the xp-120 or si-120 give me a lot better cooling than the big typhoon, or is there not much point in getting them as the extra money isnt worth it
