Which CPU Cooler?!

Looking at either...

Zalman CNPS7000B-CU Ultra-Quiet CPU Cooler - Retail (HS-007-ZA)

or

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940) (FG-000-AR)

Which would be best for a 4400+ X2 on Asus Premium board.

Apparently the Arctic Cooling 64 Pro is meant to a reall good, quiet cooler for the money

I have the Gigabyte 120mm ! lol

If the Asus Premium has the same layout as the Deluxe, then the Zalman 7700 Cu/Alcu should fit fine. I've currently got the 7700Alcu on my Deluxe and it cools about the same as the Freezer, if not slightly lower, at 5v speed.
I found the AC, although very quiet, was still the noisest part of my system at stock speed.
