Which CPU Cooler???

I am thinking of changing my Artic Freezer Pro HSF with a new one as my temps are a little on the high side.

I am then going to lap my processor before installing it to try to bring down my temps as much as possible.

However, I am in a dilemma as to which hsf to buy & I am looking at the following: -

1st one

or

Second one

Which one do you recommend?

Tuniq Tower 120 is good if you lap it.

If your willing to spend the money on the Triton, assumming it fits would get this: Link you will need to buy a 120mm fan to go with it something like this or this should do the trick

Sorry. What I meant was does the hsf come with the bracket for the fan to clip on?
