Which CPU do I buy within this budget

Simple question which do I buy for gaming and general applications, running vista 64 and have 2 8800gtx's SLI'd, my Mobo is a evga 680i SLI 122CKNF68 (think it support 1333fsb) but could not say for sure.

CPU Budget £176


(1) Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 "LGA775 Conroe" 3.00GHz (1333FSB) £176
(2) Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "LGA775 Kentsfield" 2.40GHz £176
