Which CPU Fan Best For OC-ing

Hi, iv got a SD 3700+ and want to OC it but im not sure which CPU fan and heatsink would be best for cooling :rolleyes:

either Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro or VapoChill Micro High End. Which one would be best or any suggestions would be appreciated

Freezer 64 pro is the best out of those two, the first and second best are the scythe ninja and thermaltake big typhoon respectively

You didnt mention the fact that the cpu runs in a motherboard called a Asrock 939 Dual Sata.
