Is there such thing as a "Pentium 4 2.8GHz Celeron" ? =/ What AMD processor you talking about? Assume it's the AthlonXPs.
 
Well seems celeron is a low budget cpu with 256mb cache and im asuming your either talking about a Athlon XP 2600 Barton or above cant remember which is 2.1ghz or even you could be onabout a amd 64 overclocked to 2.1ghz either way the AMD chip wins the Amount of GHz does not make it a better chip

im sure it does't have that much cache. :p
 
If you said proper P4 not Celery, and talking about encoding I would say the Intel. But for games AMD. But you're talking about Celery, so AMD for both.
