If your EK block is still good then keep using it. I would probably change all of the O rings as they are 8+ years old now. They are cheap enough on Ebay and I believe the main one is 57 x 2mm EPDM70 and the one under the jet plate is 28.3 x 1.78mm NBR 70. There is little point in changing it from a performance perspective as all of the top blocks within a couple of degrees of each other anyway.

Thanks. Never thought to change the O-rings! I've found the smaller jet plane size, but can only get the larger 57x2 in Viton not EPDM. I think that should be OK though.
I'll probably wait and measure them.

I've taken a closer look at the block and can see some minor cracks appearing in the acrylic. I have similar ones in my bay res which have been there for years without issue.
Should I be concerned? I can upload some photos if needs be?

Nitrile O-rings will be ok and that's what I used on mine. This will do the job. The micro cracks are around the threads for the fittings yes? Probably nothing to worry about and I had them on mine and it was fine. You used to be able to get replacement tops for them but I don't know if they are still sold.
