Which CPU

All i need is some Memory and a CPU.

The pieces of hardware i have at the moment is as follows:

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler

Asus P5B Deluxe Motherboard

Connect 3D X1950XT Graphics Card

2x Seagate 250GB Hard Drives

Corsair 620 Power Supply

Lian-Li PC7 Case

These are the bits i have at the moment. Im probably going to get the Crucial Ballistix 6400 Memory.

Just the CPU now, either the E6600 or the E6420? Thanks for the help.
