Which Crysis looks best?

All on sale in the Steam Summer sale.

I was wondering which one to get, more so for the eye candy & benchmarking to push my system? If I turn out to get into the game, then all the better.. But TBH, I have so many new titles that I've bought on this sale, i'm fairly certain I'll never get round to playing them all.

Anyway, the choices are

Crysis

Crysis Warhead

Crysis 2 Maximum Edition.
 
I imagine it would depend on Mods though I would probably go with Crysis regardless, Crysis 2 has a very limited scope in terms of scenery, taking place mostly in an uninspiring cityscape. Crysis on the other hand goes between several very defined environments throughout the game.

Also Crysis 2 is ****.

Can't say I have any experience with it but there are a load of mods available for Crysis as well which boost the visuals.

Crysis looks better than Warhead and I would say is probably the best looking of the lot. Warhead was cut down a little bit and has a few graphical bugs. Crysis is also the best game of the three. Warhead is more linear and Crysis 2 is average.

Crysis 2 is actually pretty good, I thought, Fenris. Uninspiring, but it wasn't terrible. It just really isn't the same as the original at all though.
 
crysis 1 warhead was optmised a bit so runs higher fps . people knock crysis 2 but with right mods it wipes the floor with lots of games even bf3

only downside is fps and with all tweaks mods is demanding.

Crysis 2 might as well be Doom, with New York instead of some kind of hell. You're funneled through a set of rooms with daft barriers to the rest of the game world. Crysis had the sea (which you could go out onto) and mountains (some of which could be scaled with patience) blocking you in but essentially you were a super soldier with cool powers left to do your objectives however you like.

I think Crysis was amazing from a game play pov as much as graphics. If you approach it like a conventional shooter you'll have your ass handed to you. If you use all the suit powers and the environment right it's a blast

Warhead was half way in between. Graphics wise I'd say Crysis > Warhead > Crysis 2.
 
I say Crysis 1 is easily the best one

It got released around 5 years ago (November 2007) and it is still one the best looking games you can buy

Yep Crysis was deliberately released with advanced features to take advantage of years after release, whole point was when people got high end rigs in 2010+ they would be able to take full advantage using Crysis.
