Which DDR3 RAM do i need? and how do i downclock?

Hi there

I have a Gigabyte g41m-combo motherboard with 4gb DDR2 RAM installed, i am looking to upgrade to 8gb DDR3 but which type do i have to go for. do i go for the 10666, 12800 or 14400+

If possible can you also give me an example.

EDIT: am i allowed to add a link to the manufacturers website for the specific motherboard? you can't purchase it from there but there is a link that shows where you can buy the motherboard from.
