Which DDR3 RAM

Kingston is generally pretty decent and reliable. Got this 8GB kit at home and it's been rock-solid since day one:

Unless you're into VMs etc, you won't need more than 16GB. The Kingston Savage 2400MHz kits have XMP profiles for 2400MHz, 2133MHz and stock 1600MHz speeds (at least my kit does).
 
For some reason when I click add to basket on OCUK it doesn't add anything and just says, no items in your basket so I can't purchase anything at all :(
