Which DDR3 should I go for?

Hi,
I'm looking into an i7 build, Never had DDR3 before, therefore need help from the experts.

I want 6GB and I'll be doing some overclocking, which speed should I go for? Will I be able to push 12800 to 16000's will lax timings?
Those OCZ Blades 16000 seems cheap, is timing still very important factor? I remeber the AMD days when we have tight timings, like 2-2-2-5..etc. Not sure if its critical on the i7 platform.

Aiming to spend no more then £150, any recommendations please.

Not bought mobo yet, looking at either Biostar, UD5 or P6T.
