Hi,

Budget of £750 for a new laptop for general use and occasional gaming - not too bothered about playing the latest games with max detail.

Had a look on the Dell site and there are 2 XPS 17"'s with a different CPU/GFX combination both priced at £799. With a further 5% discount offered until weds night there is the potential here for a good price. However, which combo is likely to give the best graphics performance?

1. 2nd generation Intel® Core™ i5-2410M processor 2.30 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.0 up to 2.90 GHz,
3GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 555M Graphics Card

2. 2nd generation Intel® Core™ i5-2540M processor 2.60 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.0 up to 3.30 GHz, 1GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 550M Graphics Card

Thanks.
