Which distro version to go for a AMD 64 X2 AM2

As title really as ive just upgraded from a single core so never had to think about this before.
Ideally fedora as thats what im used to. What version would be best.
Should i stick with i386 (if that works) or get the x86-64 version and try deal with the incompatible problems (ie flash, off the top of my head)

I'd stick with 32-bit unless I had a compelling reason to switch.

Thats what i thought, would that make use of both cores?
total noob when it comes to 64bit and more than one core

Yup. Most distros will detect the 2nd core and will automagically install the appropriate SMP kernel.
