Which Dynamic DNS?

Got a connection that's on a Dynamic IP , so to get some stuff to work I'm going to have to setup Dynamic DNS. The Draytek router in use can do it all for me, but there's quite a few different providers to chose from.

Which Dynamic DNS provider is recommended?

Thanks. I've registered with No-IP and got myusername.no-ip.biz all setup and working. Told the router to update it every 60mins.

With the 30day thing, does that mean that you have to login to the website manually? Or does the router automatically updating it count?

One more thing... If I want to use a nicer subdomain pointing to it, is this the right thing in CPanel?
