Which EAX effect do you use on daily basis?

I have been tinkering around with mediaplayer from creative and put eax on and found small room to give a nice sound but sometimes it can be a bit overbearing and makes poor quality sound from say youtube stuff sound crap.

I was woundering if anyone had any suggestions on which eax effect to use for everyday use.

my stereo is really crap so i use the "techno" setting which gives it a quite a bit more oomph.
