Sorry for the boring question, but I'm moving back to the UK next month and need an Electricity/Gas supplier and having been away for a few years I'm an absolute noob on what the deal is these days.
Back in 2010 I was with British Gas before on a dual fuel traffic spending about £40 electric and £50 gas/month I think. Guess it might be a lot more nowadays.
Looking for a supplier who can offer both on one bill just for easyness. Having trouble using the comparison sites as I have nothing to compare with!
Also keep hearing about 'smart meters', must be a recent thing. What are they and do I want one?
