When I was looking for an electro-acoustic, I tried three makes: Tanglewood (or maybe Takamine, I forget) - lovely sound, horrible to play Fender - lovely to play, not so nice sound Yamaha - best of both! Obiously, I'm sure not all models are like that, but that was my experience at the time.
