which electro-acoustic?

looking at a takamine and yamaha at the moment both seem tempting

will spend up to £300 for a nice natural looking guitar that plays well, anyone care to throw any other brands I should defo check out?

Dunno much about electro-acoustics but the only one I've ever been tempted by was a Telecaster, lovely thin body. Cor it was nice.

well I have a epiphone les paul and a juggernaught style acoustic

and 8/10 times I'll always pick up the acoustic, so want an electro acoustic for the pick up and play factor and it being fairly small

Try a Yamaha APX5.

When I was looking for an electro-acoustic, I tried three makes:

Tanglewood (or maybe Takamine, I forget) - lovely sound, horrible to play

Fender - lovely to play, not so nice sound

Yamaha - best of both!

Obiously, I'm sure not all models are like that, but that was my experience at the time.
