Hmmm, I have about 8 and 4 of them are my own domains so...

Hotmail (Outlook)
Yahoo!
Gmail
Newcastle University.

Rest are domain based email addresses.
 
I have a hotmail that I use for general stuff. But I own a domain name with my surname in it. So use that for anything important
 
My own domain name with google apps.

Although, if I were to break down my current active e-mails I use Yahoo, Hotmail, gmail and exchange online. Mostly they feed back into my main addresses though, legacy e-mail addresses are such a pain.

Yahoo is main one, hotmail is forum/game one.
Will be ditching yahoo, now. Outlook is sweet.
Did have gmail, but didn't like it at all, so that went a while ago.
