Which Exxx for overclocking?

I'm looking to buy a fairly cheap processor, with the aim of clocking it to around 3Ghz, air.
Which one of the E2160, E2180, or E2200 is likely to be the best clocker? The money isn't important as it's only £10 difference.

That's a pretty nice clock on such a low priced chip! What cooling are you running on it?
Are the supplied coolers enough to take it to 3Ghz? Case has decent air movement.
