Which Fan Cable goes where?

Hi Guys

Finally plucked up the courage to build my first Desktop in a while and am having one issue which I am not sure about.
I have a Gigabyte EX58-UD5 and a Noctua Cooler. So the Noctua has two fans each with a 3 pin power/control cable. On the motherboard the CPU fan socket is 4 pin however I guess that one of the Noctua fans goes to that, with regards to the second fan of the Noctua should that just go to one of the system fan headers on the motherboard?

Would appreciate any advice or tell me if there is a better way of doing this as I am not sure if I am losing out on something having one of the 3 pin noctua connectors going to the 4 pin cpu pin header?
Cheers

Jon

around the mobo theres a few more 3 pin connectors, for the 4 pin socket one u can use the 3 pin connector i think on it, it should have a block stickin out of it in such a way u can slot it in.

Ok so it's fine to use any of those 3 pin ones, I just got worried in case for CPU control that it had to be specific connectors.
Thanks Again
