Pilates, PiYo, CrossFit, yoga, and plenty more. Back in the day they only had aerobics now there are tons. I've decided this is probably the best way to get fit.
I'm looking for leg strengthening and cardio, mainly cardio. I probably won't even go but you never know I'm thinking about it when things are back to normal.
