Which games are worth playing under DX10?

Up until the other day I'd been running XP only (I didn't bother with Vista) then I decided to install the W7 Beta so I could dual boot with it and XP. I must admit to being pleasantly surprised with W7, the biggest revelation being Crysis (the only game I've installed so far in DX10) anyway, I was wondering which other games/demos show a significant enough improvement with DX10 to be worth playing on Windows 7 rather than XP.

Far Cry 2, Crysis / Warhead, Bioshock, World In Conflict, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky are the ones I've played so far... The difference is noticable on a capable rig.

Ta, Bioshock and Warhead are the most interesting looking ones there.

Would any of these games be worth re-installing on W7?:

Mirror's Edge
Splinter Cell double agent
Tomb Raider Legend
Trackmania united
Oblivion
Gears of war

Only game i've run in DX10 and found 'worth it' was Bioshock as it's the only one that didn't run like ass... the water was pretty too.

Gears of war isn't really worth it as, iirc, the only difference in DX10 was that it allowed for AA. It certainly looked pretty much identical.

FSX looks really nice on DX10, and actually runs as well, if not better, than DX9.

I hear COH looks good in DX10, although i think it hits performance a bit.

Gears of War for sure, i love that game, on DX10 and a good rig it really is eye candy, and of course Crysis + Warhead, Farcry 2, Bioshock, Unreal III, Company of Heroes, Mirrors Edge and Oblivion, i know Oblivion isn't DX10 but it does look pretty beautiful with a good rig, X3:Terran Conflict, Lord Of The Rings Online, Assassins Creed, Stalker:Clear Sky, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X and World in Conflict.
Hope that helps :)

Cheers, I wasn't going to buy Stalker: Clear sky, but I think I might now based on the recommendations, I've already got GOW and Mirror's edge but I haven't installed them yet so I might as well check them out in DX10, I've also got UT3 installed on my XP partition, but I was under the impression it was DX9 only (could be wrong about that though)

Farcry 2 is the only game that exists that runs better under DX10.

Everything else runs slower, or is a lie. For example, Crysis. Everything that is in DX10, can be done at DX9, and at much much faster speeds. It is a damning indictment of the state of PC gaming that only one game exists that actually takes advantage of DX10 properly. And that's Farcry 2. It's a good game too.

didn't Assassin's Creed run better under DX10?? I know 10.1 support got nerfed out by a patch though....

Non of the DX10 games I have played looked significantly better than in DX9 and all ran worse in DX10.

DX10 was the biggest con ever to get gamers to upgrade to Vista. It's totally pointless when you consider the Xbox 360 and PS3 run the equivelant of DX 9 and most games are multi platform and all run to the lowest common denominator of the Xbox 360.

Company of heroes the explosions look a lot better.

Farcry 2 -- tread carefully -- there is a memory leak PURELY in DX10 veriosn, and the game will crash exactly when it fills us 60% of your memory (normally about once an hour).
