So my shiny new 2560x1440P monitor arrives in a few days, Which game should I try that I'll actually notice a difference from 1080P, Currently on a GTX 780 Ti overclocked to 1256/3866

The DGM 27"

I have that monitor Brosef. First thing you want to do after installing drivers is apply the ICC DGM 27" colour calibration. Read this.

You need to match the settings on the monitor panel to those listed above, then apply the ICC profile in windows. It will apply it upon boot up. Once you do that you will have perfect calibration and colour settings. Spot on.

Best games to play would be BF4, (looks like dogs dinner at 1080P vs 1440P) Crysis 3, Tomb Raider to name just a few.
 
Would add Bioshock Infinate - in fact any game that can run @ 1440 :)

For me the move from 24" 1920 x 1200 PVA to the DGM 1440 IPS was one of the best upgrades ever .

Each time I turn on it gives me smile and older games do seem to have more depth/detail.

i used the same icc profile, made a really nice job of callibration, before the brightness used to burn my eyes

I haven't used this. I might have to try it. My DGM is pretty good ATM, but will give this a go. Cheers mat
