I have a 128GB SSD which has my windows installation on it. I have about enough space for 3 games but do not know which ones would benefit from being on SSD over hard drive. Which do you reckon from:

FSX and add ons
Tomb raider
AC4: black flag
Sleeping dogs
Rome 2: TW
Splinter cell: blacklist
Sim city 4

Also, can gems be run from NAS or is the transfer rate too slow?

Just use another hdd to put your games on.
If you want a game on the ssd then put the ones that you use the most.
NAS will be slow

the only games I put on my SSD BF3 and 4 since the maps are loaded quicker, but I see you do not have these, just put any games that load levels frequently or ones you know take ages to load anyway.

I put the latest one's on my SSD and others on my HD Back UP.

You should have got at least a 256 SSD if OS is going on as well.

I just put my most played ones on an ssd, (bf3/4 on a 250gb sammy 840), lesser played games such as steam ones and other origin games are held on mechanical drives.

AC4 and Rome 2 have known optimisation issues so an SSD is optimal, rest would be fine on a HDD. Before people start hammering on about how SSDs 'cant improve performance' blah blah, no they can't increase FPS, but they can greatly reduce slowdown and stuttering from loading in assets.

I tend to chuck any multiplayer focused games on my SSD and put all the single player stuff on my normal HDD.

Level load times only ever really bother my in mp games.
