Which games will provide your MP fix for next while? X360

So, with CoD:WaW, Gears 2, Left 4 Dead, FC2, plus couple of others coming out and all those already out, where do you think you will be getting your MP fixes for the next while?

For me it's def Gears 2 and L4D, but still toying with idea of getting CoD:WaW.

Don't have many of the older games, and seems like its a little late to get in on the action for some, though I might finally get round to playing some Halo 3 MP.

obvisouly, not everyone into shooters, so what racing games etc will be keeping you busy in this case?

I still not played any racers online....
 
CoD5 for sure. Gears isn't that much fun at all online (better with people from here but no quite up to the standards of the first one in terms of interaction - not much chat).

L4d demo was POOR. So disappointing. Hoping the full game is better: ie bigger maps and less crappy gameplay.
 
Currently just trying to get through Fallout 3, Fable 2 and Dead Space so no time really for any MP gaming. As soon as I have time/can afford it, I am going to get COD5 and Gears 2, though am much more likely to play COD5 online than Gears. Also, Fifa '09 online was keeping me pretty busy before I got the aforementioned games!
 
CoD:WaW probably will fill the gap until CoD5, much like CoD4 did :p

Gears is dead already for me as the online system has fallen flat on its face and horde can only take me so far.
 
Gears and COD:WAW, Gears mp really surprised me by how good it is - yes the matchmaking is **** if you're on your own but get a full party together and the variety of game modes and emphasis on teamwork really makes it shine. COD:WAW ain't bad either, but its more like COD4.5 than a proper upgrade. If they had both come out together I'd probably say COD4 is the better game but as it is WAW makes a nice change.

CoD4 is definitely the better mp game but it's nice to have a change :)

I'm not so sure, I think the maps are much better on WAW and the addition of co-op and Zombie mode make it better.

Also the ability to restrict your lobby search to local only and the automatic kicking of team killers makes it much easier to find decent games.

Also how can you judge? You posted in the COD thread saying you will be playing MP for first time on Thursday?? Try to keep you opinions to yourself until you've actually played the game!

And the full game not just the Beta as in this case that make a huge difference!

I'll have a go now but I'd be very surprised if it's any different to the beta. Is there a list of changes anywhere?

Just on this note. The Beta is the same as the retail. We got the beta like 2-3weeks ago. Nothing will have changed in that time for retail, it was far far too close to make any gameplay or graphical changes.

The "beta" should have been called a demo.

And how do you know when the beta was prepared/submitted? That wouldn't have been compiled and released on the same day would it.

The full MP game feels very polished. Much prefer it to the beta.

Then how do you define "polished". I have played the beta and the full game, they are exactly the same. The beta levels we played play the same and "feel" the same as they do in retail.

It was the exact same case as with the COD4 MP beta. Same as retail.

Have you played it though? EDIT: posted same time you did.

Nice idea there but im convinced the retail plays much better than the beta? Im sure they didnt drag the beta off their server the day it went to XBL anyway.

I imagine the beta is just to understand the online play and matchmaking.
