which generate more heat?

as i posted on the cooling section iw as thinking of getting the mini watercooling system. the review here : HERE!!!!! , they just sed they tested with a 2.8 P4.....

jsut want a rough idea how good this works
 
If you visit AMD or Intel's website, they clearly show the thermal characteristics of all there processors, so you can tell how much wattage they use, and thus how much heat they produce.

However, small water cooling systems are normally only as good as high-end air cooled systems now. You'll probably find that HSF's such as the Scythe Ninja will give similar (if not better) results with a fan attached to it.
