which gfx card for £200 as i am looking to replace my powercolor 5870 pcs+ , it needs to vent hot air out the back of the case .
i would keep my 5870 but it vents half of its heat into the case which is limiting my cpu overclock
 
a 6870 or a gtx460 is a slight backstep i wouldn't worry about the card venting inside the case it isn't doing any harm unless you want to overclock maybe you could get a second hand 5870 that vent out the case for under £200 but your reason for changing is not right imo.

you gain minimal advantages buy overclocking the cpu i'd keep the 5870 much better then a slightly more oc cpu. a case would be a good idea and perhaps a mobo and ram upgrade?
